Pashupati Propylene Industries Group in Nepal installed enterprise resource planning (ERP) software from Kiran Consultants, India.

The group selected 10 user licenses of Flexibiz Lite ERP software for its four factories and warehouses located in different locations. The group is composed of two companies, Laminar and Pashupati Polypropylene Industries. Their combined production capacity produces more than 300 metric tons of PE film and 200 metric tons of laminates per month. The group also owns a multi-layer blow molding plant and a BOPP tape plant.

Birendra Rathi, director of Pashupati Propylene, said: “We chose industry-specific packaging software because it runs on the Internet and efficiently handles various vertical areas in our multiple factories, such as materials, production, sales, distribution, accounts Wait." 

Gaurav Bansal, Marketing Director of Kiran Consultants, explained: “The software not only supports web access to real-time data, but also integrates all companies under the group. It collectively controls customers’ credit lines, tracks sales orders, and assists customers in different locations. Inventory management.

Kiran Consultants has also developed customer relationship management (CRM) software specifically for packaging and labeling. 'We initially only had a job evaluation module for packaging in our ERP. Then, our team expanded the software and launched CRM software as a service (SaaS), detailing work estimation, quotation, follow-up, lead management, marketing representative performance and after-sales customer complaint handling,” Bansal added.

Kiran Consultants trained 7 people from different departments on site within 30 days. 

Although ERP also has a mobile application, Pashupati Propylene has not yet selected it. The company installed its own servers internally and connected to various locations via radio frequency links. ERP can be hosted on a cloud server and run from anywhere.

Kiran Consultants is implementing similar ERPs in two different packaging companies in India.
